Replace a license key
This topic is about replacing a license in situations where you are unable to activate that license. This may be because it is in use by someone else at your site or it has already expired.
What do you want to do?
Understand how to get a replacement license key
You can replace a license key if you are unable to activate it—for example, if the license key has expired.
If you purchased a time-limited license (for example, a student license), and the license period has expired, you can purchase a new license key from QSR International—visit the QSR Website for more information.
If you are using a site license (at a University or other institution), and the license has expired, you should contact your network administrator.
If you are not sure what type of license you are using, contact QSR Support for assistance.
